Trainer in the Teepa Snow Positive Approach to Care with completed training programmes in London and Chicago. Geronto-pedagogue and Russian philologist, a graduate of the University of Gdansk and of a post-graduate course at the Pomeranian Medical University. She is passionate about working with people with various forms of dementia and gains the best knowledge from them. She also seeks knowledge in patient organisations around the world, also participating in the historic Dementia Action Alliance USA “Re-Imagine Dementia” conference in Atlanta, in 2017. She also brought new experiences and knowledge home from the next Dementia Action Alliance USA conference in June 2019. Dementia has become a part of the lives of three people very close to her so she implements the latest available knowledge on dementia in practice in her own family. 

She also worked in banking and at the European Commission. A married mother of two teenagers, she also  lost a wonderful elderly Labrador few month ago.
